My personal computer was hacked. I was very uncertain how safe and secure my computer was. The login was also compromised. Called up Nerds 2 You late Friday and was able to setup an appointment with Claudio for Monday morning. Claudio was able to fixed the problems and concerns. He also did an overall computer diagnostic check and tune up. The service provided by Claudio was great. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I used Nerds 2 You about 4.5 years ago when my hard drive crashed. Back than, Claudio did a great job in replacing the hard drive and recovering my files.

My The fridge was not cold at all back in April. They came and repaired the problem . Ice buildup preventing fan from operating. About 4 weeks past by and the fridge part was getting warmer each day, no cold air. I called them and they explained that it looks like a part needs to be replaced. They ordered the part and came back again to replace the part. A week past by and I advised them that there is still no cold air from the fridge vent. They came back a few days later and told me the cause was a wire blocking the fan from working. It took three visits (and me taking time off work three times too). My fridge has been operating good for the past 6 months. Overall, at the end, City Appliances they did a good job on the repair. I would consider using City Appliance's service in the future if required. 2You a message. Response was quick. Claudio was able to fit me in for an appointment that met my schedule. It took about 2 hours. New hard drive was installed and my files recovered. I also decided to replace my existing virus protection with a new product.
