These guys arrived at the agreed upon time. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Did not do roof replacement yet as it is December and it is not feasible at this time. I will contact them when the weather is warmer to finish the work.

I purchased a very good used ductless AC and was having difficulties finding someone to install it as they did not want the hassle of the new pipes/connectors, etc... Tom and his crew took this on and determined that it was feasible and we have had no issues with the AC since!
Elite DC was patient with our project as it required permits and approvals along the way. We ran into underpinning issues and Elite was reasonable with their cost for the extra work required. Their workmen are tidy and cleaned up after each days work - important for us with young kids eager to climb and explore.
