After living in our new house for a year, we noticed that the existing ductless AC unit in our second floor stairwell couldn't sufficiently cool the main floor. The main floor and basement would also get quite cool in the winter. Mark from High Life went over some options that would fit our needs (multizone heat pump was decided on in the end) with a quote that was as good as we could find.
