Repairs to leak in the main floor ceiling
He examined the issue and investigated further before concluding to what the source of the problem was. The upstairs bathroom was the culprit. He then, removed the toilet and showed me where the seal's integrity had been compromised resulting in the leak. He got his tools fixed the problem all the while keeping me posted on the job status.
