We wanted to remove load bearing walls to open up our main floor. Holden took care of everything from submitting permit to the city for approval and installing supporting beam. Holden was very professional and he took his time to answer all our questions. He provided different options and helped us decide the best choice for the renovation. After the permit was approved, his team did a great job and completed the project on time.
