Highly recommend Jade Stone! Great experience from start to finish. We had Jade Stone install new kitchen and bathroom countertops. The sales team were very helpful and patient with us assisting in make our choices. The installation process was handled very professionally and when we discovered significant scratches on the island countertop and a black crescent shaped spot on the light colour bathroom countertop, the installation team acknowledged that and arranged for follow up on those issues. The customer service manager came and offered to replace the island and fix the bathroom countertop spot. A team came and replaced the island countertop and preformed the fix for the bathroom countertop. They also checked over the rest of the countertop and did some other minor fixes.

Heatmasters service and workmanship were exceptional and timely! We were having problems with our furnace over the last few weeks and had one service company come 3 times and still didn't diagnose the issue. We then contacted Dmitri with Heatmasters and he came over right away. He proceeded to carry out thorough diagnostic tests and found the problem rather quickly. On his own initiative he also checked out the humidifier and found out that it had not been operating for some time and he repaired that. He went over the options with us. We choose to replace our 20 year old furnace, rather than spending a significant amount to fix it. He then showed us what to do to keep the furnace operational until he could come and replace it. We highly recommend Dmitri and Ian from Heatmasters! It was a pleasure to deal with someone with integrity and who takes pride in their craft.

We were have problems with our garage door opening only intermittently! I contacted Best Doors and almost got a reply immediately. Tony came the very next day (this past Monday) and noticed that our 8 foot door had only a 7 foot chain, so the door did not open fully. For only $25 more he moved the bracket and installed a 8 foot chain along with the new opener. He also checked the garage door hardware over thoroughly and lubricated everything! He went over the opener with a new keypad, two openers and outside door keypad. Exceptional service. I have already recommended him to our daughter who needs garage door services as well!

We had a small job to change 2 underground drains to 2 downspouts with elbows. As well we had one downspout that needed to be fixed in 3 different spots and was in a very difficult location to deal with. Brian gave us an estimate on the spot and proceeded to do the work right away. He was awesome to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Jim Calgary
