From the very begin with the sales representative, Elan, we had a great experience. Elan was knowledgeable in the products and truly helped us narrow down what we envisioned for the front of our home. This was followed by Ivan and the team with their exceptional job with the installation. With the difficult task, of braving the winter cold elements, they were amazing. They were tidy/clean, professional, personable and a delight to be around. Once the project was complete, you wouldn't have known they were there, with how organized and clean they were. During the install, we were also visited by the project manager, Layne. He also was exceptional with his explanations and walkthrough of the project, in terms of present time and in the future with the warranty.
