We wre very satisfied with our experience with Cherry and Clark from our first encounter with a rep. from the Company to the completion of the job and the payment of the Account. Paul Slater, the Representative who met with us, discussed with us what it was we wanted, measured up the roof, counselled us with regard to the quality of the shingles we might choose and then put together a detailed quote. He was, throughout the process, very helpful, thorough in his explanations as to how the work would be done and polite. He even told us that our present shingles did not need immediate replacement. However, we felt that the quote was reasonable and we signed the Contract before he left the house. The job Scheduling Manager was very prompt in contacting us and a date was quickly set. Unfortunately rain caused the initial date to be pushed out but the install team were promptley here at 7:30 am on the date agreed to. They worked well and were able to finish the job within the day by 5:30 pm. The team were pleasant to have, worked consistently and well, were polite and ready to listen to any ideas or concerns we raised as they worked through the day. We had talked with another roofing Contractor before Cherry and Clark and had also canvassed friends for their feedback on other contractors and prices.
