I had a lock which I forgot the combination! I needed something to remove the lock! I went to Canadian Tire! They gave me a lock cutter, which I tried to use, but it was not strong enough to cut the lock! I had to return & get a bigger lock cutter in order to be able to cut the lock! They should let us know that you need to be very strong to use the bigger lock cutter or you will not be able to cut the lock!
