We were moving from one house to another...just a few miles apart. Aaron came to my house to give me a detailed estimate (only 2/5 moving companies did this). The price was not the highest or the lowest but it was the one I trusted the most. We signed a contract and paid a deposit. About a week before our move we found out we could move into the new house early. New Era was able to accommodate this change despite it being Good Friday. I confirmed the move the day before. Aaron and his team showed up promptly at 9am and had us completely moved out in 90 minutes. They cling wrapped, blanket wrapped and taped up. They provided wardrobe boxes. They took apart our platform bed and reassembled it at the new place. The move in was just as quick. At the end Aaron made sure all the big items were where we wanted them to be. They packed out all the packing materials they used. The move took less time than the estimate (to be fair we were fully packed before they arrived) so it cost less than the estimate. Nothing was damaged. It was as smooth and unstressful as moving can be. I highly recommend this company for all your moving needs.

We chose FrogBox because its more environmentally friendly than cardboard, the boxes are sturdier, and we didn't have to dispose of them at the end. They were delivered on time, picked up promptly after we scheduled the pick up. They were easy to label. Our movers appreciated the uniform size. The best part, in my opinion, is that there was a huge incentive to get unpacked after the move. We've moved a lot but this time is the first time we've been completely unpacked 4 days after the move!
