3319153 in Mississauga

My garbage was well under 1 ton and I trusted their posted rate of $89 for bin and $89 per ton charge! My costs should be well under $200. I was asked to e-transfer $500 as deposit. After bin removal and after sending several emails, they sent me a $430 bill for 3.5 Ton! I asked for weight ticket and refund balance of my deposit. None of my emails were responded. Called them several times and each time I was told the refund and ticket delayed because their accountant has family issue and asked me to leave my information and promised to be refunded by Friday! 8 Weeks past and whenever I call, I hear the same story. I am in the process of Consumer complaints and enforcement under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act. I may not get my money back, but my intention is to help other people not to fall in Gta MiniBin trap.
