I utilized Thornly Design and Build for the recent renovations completed at my 2-story loft in a condo building. I am more than pleased with the final product, the new engineered hardwood floors look amazing and I love the updates they made to the kitchen, which included new countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet. In addition to being pleased with the final product, I was also very happy with the guidance and professionalism they showed during the whole process. They made planning very easy, ensured I was aware of all options available to me when it came to picking materials and finishes, and offered reliable advise when I asked for it. During the renovations, they made sure all work was up to my standards, and complied with all regulations in place with my condo board. Overall, was a very pleasant experience, and would recommend them to anyone looking for updates their place. Their style is up to date with latest trends, and love what they've done with my place!

I was getting a bathroom fan installed and the guys noticed mold in the attic. Before the continued they needed it cleaned. I needed the work done asap. The boys from mold solutions came out the next day and the job went without a hitch. Not only were we able to continue with the work the next day, but my roof was spared too!
