When choosing a contractor, its always difficult in deciding who to choose. Then the collywobbles set in; will the contractor turn up, will there be cost over-runs, will they complete on time, will there be attention to detail and now you have put your faith in someone you may not really know at all and then they descend on your home. From day one, Vince and his team arrived at my home at 8:00am every morning (my neighbours commented on that as well), they were polite, courteous and very respectful. Throughout the renovation Vince kept us in the loop on everything that was going to happen and when. As a result of the Kitchen & Bath Guys work schedule we were able to bring in the kitchen cabinets from our maker (AyA Kitchens) three weeks earlier than planned and guess what; Vince took responsibility and contacted my kitchen designer and made this happen for us. My relationship grew throughout the project with Vince and his team, I was now trusting his honesty, integrity and ideas so much so, that I got Vince to remodel our entire stairs from the first floor to the basement. By the end of the project I was delighted to hand over the cheques for a job that was well done, my wife loves the kitchen as we are 'big foodies' and love to cook and entertain our friends. After re-searching for a new furnace & A/C, I chose 'Daikin' and Button's was recommended by Daikin in my area. Nigel Charlton came to help me with my decision and after our installation in September 2016, I went back to Nigel for a tankless water heater in April 2017. Why? .........Exceptional service & Exceptional Installation Technicians. Now I have returned back to Button's & Nigel for a new gas fireplace & of course they are the only team I trust to service what I have invested into. Button's are Honest & Trustworthy and they will always be my go to company for all my home comforts.
