Delivered damaged sectional sofa
I bought a sectional sofa from this store. The delivery person made a mess. He left all the garbage at my place after unpacking the sofa. It was also clearly damaged product out of the box and he didn't want to acknowledge it. I reported it to the store right away and sent email with pictures. For 2 weeks I didn't get any response back. I visited the store again and they kept denying that they delivered a damaged sofa. When I showed them the pictures, they said it's not considered as damaged because only some staples came out. It can be fixed by taking a hammer. They promised to visit my place the following day but nobody showed up for another week. Absolutely worst customer service and they don't acknowledge a damaged produce even though I showed them the proof. Instead they tried to argue initially that it could have been my fault.

We really apologize for the inconvenience. But we would also like to mention here that the product was not damaged as it had only loose staple on the side and we offered you the service to fix it and later you fixed it yourself. After that you had also come to the store and you said you are not happy with this but then you asked for compensation for which the management refused as that repair is minor and fixable. Still we feel bad to loose a valuable customer like you.
