Out of 4 companies that came to estimate - Advanced was the only one to provide thoughful feedback on everything I can do to check and possible root causes before jumping to solutions and costs. After my own investigation on our flooding problems, they came back, found the cause (after I opened up floors and walls) - and fixed it. The best thing is there there was no pressure from the moment the arrived to spend money - they provided patience, solutions and options and even guidance on what we should and shouldn't spend money on - this was a great cusotmer experience.
