Carl and his crew did an excellent job and took their time to explain what was being done. We had the porch rebuild six years ago and that company did a terrible job but it was only in the last year we realise how bad the original job was. After Carl completed the job we had more questions/concerns and he came back twice to our house to resolve our questions/concerns. Would highly recommend this company. Thx Carl

I called up Mersey in January because I had a concern about our 13 year old furnace. It wasn’t coming on as quickly as it normally would so I placed a call with Mersey Service Experts and a service man came the same day which I was very happy about. He checked it and everything seemed to work fine for him. He said it was probably because of the severe cold - the gas supply through the pipes may be slower than normal. The guy was very, very nice and I’ve always found the staff to be efficient and fast. No problems. I had to pay a fee for the service even though I make a monthly payment, so I’m looking into other packages with this company that might cover visits under the monthly payments. Overall I highly recommend them.
