I bought a new property that needed several toilets replaced and some other work. Even before the work started Fabio was patient while I told him I wasn't sure when the toilets would be delivered at the property. As soon as I had a delivery date Fabio scheduled me in and kept me informed about the time of arrival the day before and also twice on the day the work was starting. This man is really patient and will explain every thing in detail. He did not even seem bothered by my multiple interruptions to his work with questions I had about other plumbing things around the house. Fabio replaced three toilets and he informed me about the different issues he encountered (angled flanges , inappropriate gaskets, etc). Once he was about to replace the third toilet he correctly noticed that the toilet wasn't for the rental unit in the basement and that it belonged in the second floor. Without a second thought Fabio pointed out my mistake and he swapped the toilets with a smile on his face. Fabio also correctly diagnosed a problem with my dish washer as being a faulty unit. While he was there I asked him to install a utility sink but because of the toilet swap he ran out of time since he had another appointment after mine and was going to honor his time with the other client. However, he quickly told me he would come a different day and charge what we had originally agreed to. As long as Fabio is around I will keep using his services, good quality work, great attitude and at a reasonable price.

Frank is absolutely great! I have always used him for my home inspections (4 so far) and he is very thorough. He has inspected houses for me all over Ontario. He is very patient and explains all his findings in detail. He always answers all questions and his reports are top notch. I even had an emergency once and had to leave him with the realtor and he was on the phone with me afterwards explaining all the things in his report. As long as Frank is around there is no reason in my mind to call anyone else.

Frank inspected my current home and was very thorough in his report. I met him as he was finishing my inspection and he gave me the big worry items up front, walked the property with me showing me areas of concern and was very helpful in giving me non-technical explanations when I needed them. More recently Frank inspected a property which I did not go for based on his observations (faulty electrical wiring and wrongly built basement) and soon after he inspected another property I ended up buying. As other reviewers have pointed out Frank is amazing at catching even the smallest things, patient and even responds to questions weeks after he has submitted his report. Thank you Frank. PS.
