We had an old fireplace in our living room that was not usable, and had wanted to get it converted to a gas fireplace. Unfortunately our options seemed very limited when we first set out to research the possibilities since our fireplace opening is quite small. We visited Marsh's showroom and were recommended a model that could work. We set up a date for the estimator to come by and take measurements, and once we approved the quote, the work was scheduled. Their team installed the new insert in an afternoon, a few days before the Christmas holidays. We were delighted to have a cozy fireplace to spend time around during the holidays, and it works great, radiating nice heat. Really happy with our new fireplace, and it doesn't look like a retrofit- feels natural.

This is my second time dealing with Chris. The first time he came by and tweaked the settings of our garage door opener and said we didn't need to replace it, with a new one I had bought, which was great news! I returned it the next day. I admired his honesty and how quickly he had come out to assess and adjust. The second time was to replace the garage door which is a very old, rusted flat panel whose roller bracket had broken off. I called him on Wednesday, he took measurements Thursday, and it was installed before I got home on Friday. I've never met him as we arranged for him to come by during my work hours, but this guy is on top of my cool people to deal with list. Very happy with my experience with him and the door looks awesome, the reinforcing looks sturdy! Just need to install a security light out before someone tags it with graffiti like our old door.

I asked Vitaliy for an estimate and he came by promptly the next day and took a look at my backed up toilet. He gave me a few options and sent out for one of his co-workers who also arrived promptly, and did an amazing job snaking the backed-up drain after removing the toilet. It was full of roots from a nearby tree. It had to be snaked a few times to clear all of the blockages. The toilet appears to be free of leaks and is no longer backed up, so I'm very glad to see a dry bathroom floor and a fully functioning toilet. Very happy with this company's work, and commitment to solving this issue so quickly. I didn't expect a plumber to be available the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised! Really nice, down to earth people to work with. Thank you!!

Our furnace was acting up on a cold day and I called Renato, not thinking he would be available to come by that day. He made the time to come by as we were talking on the phone, and he made the necessary repairs to have our furnace functioning again. He also changed out our old thermostat. I was pleased with his reliability and prompt service call. Thank you Renato.

I called Renato after our furnace wasn't heating over a certain temperature. He answered right away, remembered the details of the new furnace installation (over 2 years ago) and made arrangements to come by to take a look on the same day. He fixed the problem and made some recommendations. He made it easy to make arrangements and was there on time. Easy and reliable to deal with! Thanks again Renato!

I got in contact with Joe the night of a bad downpour, since we had a huge leak in the roof and I had used Mr. Roof Repair at our old place and was very happy with their service. Nothing has changed- exceptional service and attention to detail, great explanation of what to expect, and we had someone come out as soon as the weather was favourable to temporarily fix the roof before another rainfall. Pietro who did the assessment and work was equally awesome and honest. They'll be coming back to re-roof in a few weeks and we're feeling confident in our decision to go once again with Mr. Roof Repair. Thanks guys!!

Renato was very pleasant to deal with from the very first phone conversation to the completion of the installation. His team was also courteous and everyone worked efficiently. Redo Design & Staging staged our home and gave us some useful tips throughout the house when we put it up for sale. We found Lorena to be very informative, detail and goal oriented, and very pleasant to deal with. We were extremely happy with the transformation of the overall look and feel of our house. We will definitely use this company in the future for staging needs.

we hired Rent-a-Son to move our furniture and boxes into storage bins we had for our move. They arrived on time, were very polite and worked efficiently. We will definitely be using them again!

David was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and provided one the very same day I contacted him. He was courteous and was pleasant to deal with over the phone.
