I was not informed about brick flashing, which roofer nail and bent one piece of brick flashing brock from the wall. It was damaged by roofers. Roofing company Titan will not fix this problem.

We inform all customers at estimate stage that it's ideal to remove and replace metal wall flashings, especially for aesthetics reasons, but seeing as you opted out of this upgrade, we cannot provide all new flashings for free (you proposed we replace at our costs).
You also reached out to our support team and requested we return to inspect the flashing pulling away from the wall, so we dispatched a technician and he refastened and sealed the areas at no cost to you. All flashings require nails whether they are replaced or reused.
