Ulla in Mississauga

Purchased Sofa, Mini-sofa, Hassack, and Chair plus extra fabric to have an existing chair I inherited reupholstered. The designer I worked with was wonderful. He spent several hours with me helping me figure out what I really wanted - scale of furniture, forgiving fabric (I have 5 kids), etc. He gave me great suggestions on items not even related to the purchases I made, like what shade to paint my ceiling to make the crown moulding stand out better. The follow-up service and delivery were fabulous. Best of all he totally stayed within the budget I initially gave him. And now that we have been using the furniture for several months, I have absolely no regrets. Even if I could go back in time, I would not do anything different.

We had a very tight schedule to get our home market-ready and sold before the end of spring. Our real estate agents highly recommended having all our wood floors refinished. I called Fraser Hardwood to see if they could come out ASAP to do a quote. They were there the next morning at 9:30am. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to start that Monday. They finished the job quickly and the floors looked wonderful. My only critisicm was that I later found some drops of urethane on my tile floors that was quite difficult to clean. Overall the experience was very good and I would call them again to do work in our new home.

First we had new windows installed on our 2nd storey plus ugly stucco covered with new siding. Craftsman did such an excellent job they have since been back multiple times to install new eaves, facia and soffit, and to replace the remaining windows, and patio door. They are always here when the say they will be. They have been incredibly helpful with little projects like removing some siding so we could have an awning installed and then came back to cap everything so it looked like the awning had always been there. We have now purchased a new house and during the home inspection discovered it needed a new roof. We called Rick and we had an estimate in our hand before the home inspector was done with the rest of the house. They even talked to the seller's real estate agent on our behalf to help us negotiate a reduction in price since the roof needed to be replaced. I would absolutely recommend them. In fact we have, and Craftsman replaced our neighbour's siding and were very happy.
