Last Saturday evening I lost heat and hot water as my combi boiler/hot water had a broken leaking part . Called Enercare later that night and a technician came by the next morning . Parts were ordered . The boiler was fixed on Wednesday afternoon by the same technician, his name is Rakesh who did a good job explaining to me the work he was doing. He was friendly and seems knowledgeable. Boiler fixed !!!

Technicians were very polite and courteous . They did what they needed to do to address the problem ( continuous clicking , no clicking ) of the ignition spark
