Was a pleasure working with Tom. He did an excellent job. We had some paint starting to peel in multiple places on the bathroom ceiling due to moisture and possibly the poor painting from a previous contractor who may have used latex paint over oil based paint. Tom knew exactly how to fix it and was highly efficient in getting the job done. We also had him put a fresh coat of paint on all the walls. While I can’t speak to the durability of the product as it will take several years to find out, it does seem like great quality from what it looks like and what I’ve seen when we were given a demonstration from the sales rep. The sales rep was very knowlegable with all the different styles and brands of roof. Considering that a new shingle roof would have been about 7k or so, 16k for a metal roof that lasts pretty much forever is definitely worth it as it also adds resale value and the warranty is transferable. Only took two or three days to complete and there was no mess because they install right over top of the shingles. The guys worked hard every day. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My parents had MAIZE cap their posts years ago along with the garage door frame because the wood was starting to deteriorate. Instead of re-painting every so many years they decided to have them capped with aluminum. I recently moved into my house and found that the posts and garage frame was starting to do the same as my parents house so I decided to call MAIZE and have the same thing done. I have no complaints. Everything looks amazing. Took only a day. Left for work in the morning and came back to beautifully capped posts. Very friendly staff as well. I would definitely recommend these guys!
