My garage door had been acting up until it finally completely stopped working. The cables came loose, the spring decoiled and the bar had gone over to one side. I called Bob and he showed up within 30 minutes. He quickly figured out the problem and went to work. It required a couple new parts and he even added some custom cut pieces to prevent the problem from happening again. In all, it took about an hour of his time but by the end the garage door was working like new. After all was said and done, he gave me a very fair price. Let me say I've never tipped a repair type person before, but I tipped Bob happily. His work was great and his price was more than fair. I would absolutely call him again and have recommended him to family and friends. Thank you Bob! Tim
