Mattamy Sucks in Saint-Quentin

We knew it was going to be a horrible experience when, on the day of our walk through, we were told there was a homeless person living in our home. That's okay. At least he had a place to stay for the night, and he is more respectable than anyone at "Mad at me" homes. There were several things wrong with our home, but we had time to address those wrongs. However, when the time came to address the issues, the folks at "Mad at me" homes stated everything was within allowances. Even the house which was built next to us takes away the curb appeal of our home, and after careful research, we found out the wrong elevation of our home was submitted to the city for approval to build the home next door. We filed a complaint with the city, but the "good 'ol biy mantality is clearly visible. You know, "scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours." If you're going to purchase a home, DO NOT purchase from "Mad at me" Homes. These people will leave you high and dry, and there is not a thing that you can do, but hire an attorney. These people need to stay in Canada.
