We purchased a home in the fall of 2016 and it was completed in September 2017. The worse part of the whole process was dealing with the agents. The quality of the workmanship has been OK and anything that needed to be repaired was completed in a timely fashion. We were very fortunate to be able to deal with Terri and Patricia in Customer Service. They definitely know the true definition of 'Customer Service'.
