I contacted Boss Mechanical to come take a look at my leaking furnace (not installed by them). I e-mailed them last night, they got back to me this morning and had someone at my house within 30 minutes! One of the few contractors I've had that gave me an accurate time of arrival. The issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed at a very reasonable cost. I will be using Boss Mechanical again! I've had so many bad experiences with contractors and service companies in the past its nice to see that some companies are doing it right!
