We apologize for your disappointment. We would like to start off by saying that High Level Movers takes each and every client concern seriously. We are committed to customer satisfaction and are prepared to take full responsibility for any damages or fault of our company.
There are specified procedures in place for all customers to file a complaint or make a claim. Unfortunately your complaint was made 4 months after your move and this goes beyond the allocated time period to file a claim.
Furthermore, your move was done in a very timely pace. Within two hours the movers packed, loaded, drive, and unloaded into your storage locker. This in itself is reflective of the dedication our movers have to completing your move as quickly as possible, and not pushing your time. Your time is money.
Also, as professionals we always suggest to our customers to protect your belongings with special moving blankets, because this is the best step to protect your items against scratches and damages. Shrink wrap appears protective, but it really only protects your items from dirt and dust. In fact, because we didn't have shrink wrap, we used our blankets and we left them for you at no cost. That was our loss in cost.
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and high quality services, our movers receive a money bonus with every positive review the customer posts. This is an incentive and a tool to motivate our movers and improve the employee moral within our company. It is not meant to pressure clients into anything, but simply to ensure you receive the best service we can offer.
