New shingles on house and garage. Replacement of one downspout at front of house.
Very good prompt communication from the main office and the sales rep re the whole process - from preinspection to postinspection. The installation crew worked very hard, were polite and happy to answer my several questions on installation day. The only concern I had was that there were no actual physical shingle samples to pick the roof colour - we were given a booklet and suggestion to drive by other homes in neighbourhood to view the colours on those homes that Titans had completed. I feel sales reps need to have samples.
