I engaged Calgary Parging after checking the google reviews. All were good, and the business was based close to my neighborhood. I'm very happy I did. They did a fantastic job with all the repairs. They even repaired in places I didn't realize needed to be repaired. Very happy with the work, and the price. Stucco/Paring repairs around basement windows, vents, doors, complete with blueskin application. Also a great job stucco'ing where the deck used to attach to the house. Now that the painting is completed, you can't even really tell it was repaired. I have, and would again recommend their work.

I engaged Harding's after obtaining 2 other quotes. They were priced competitively, no surprises there. I chose them primarily due to word of mouth. They have done a number of the houses in my neighborhood, including some stucco paint jobs that were a few years old. That was the deciding factor, the quality of the finish over time. The process was pretty straightforward, no surprises. Minor issues were re-mediated immediately. The color of the house is exactly what I expected. Very little additional mess to clean up, the crew did a reasonable job of tidying up every day. My wife, who works from home, had no complaints during the process. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.

The entire process was straightforward and exactly as Remo described. He was on top of the job start to finish. Priced quite competitively. Not the cheapest, and certainly not the most expensive, but overall the best value. There were no surprises, which is unusual in my experience, and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the work appears to be very good. The pad is tied into the house, it slopes correctly so water drains and doesn't pool. The thickened edge supports the weight of our SoftTub perfectly. There has been no cracking or shifting. I watched the entire process and am happy with the workmanship. The finish is exactly what I hoped for, and I really like the look. In short, I feel like I got good value. I even got a massive found rock out of it!
