Serge, the technician, was prompt, professional and efficient. The service call was arranged for Friday afternoon and, even though parts had to be ordered, the repair was completed on Monday morning.....the next business day! We were so happy that the appliance could be repaired and we weren't faced with replacement! No one wants to deal with appliance malfunction, but good to know that great service is available!
