It was a pleasure working with Juliana from start to finish. I posted the request and within an hour got the call. She understood what I needed done, I had a set budget and she agreed on it, and we agreed on the date and time too. She and her team arrived early and guaranteed a great job, and thats what I got in the end. They took their time and took care of my property as though it were their own. Thank you! Excellent service right from getting the quote to execution. I got several quotes very similar but I felt very comfortable Dwight with full disclosure of the costs, no hidden fees after the fact. Both men who did the the move Kevin and Carmelo showed up on time, got notification prior and the morning, showed respect with how they handled our personal belongings. Made the moving experience less stressful. Thank you to all.

2 bedroom condo in downtown Toronto was cleaned and sterilized from top to bottom. Both Farzan and his partner arrived on time and were fully prepared with all their tools for a deep clean. The cleaning took a bit longer to finish, but the end result was well worth the wait. There was pride in the work they did and you could see it in everything they cleaned. I will definitely be using them again in the near future. Thank-you for the great job.!

Review – J & J Design and Renovations We are extremely happy with the work Raymond and his team have done for us. Both Raymond and Johnson arrived prepared for our first consultation and took all measurements to provide the most accurate quote possible. They provided us with the initial quote and then provided recommendations to adjust some of the materials and deliverables in order to meet our budget. Committed timelines were adhered to and there was someone working everyday. The work was well coordinated so there was no lost time throughout the renovations. The team was flexible when required, in cases where deliveries were delayed due to the COVID lockdown. Other work was scheduled during those times so the overall timelines were met. We found the quality of work to be really good as there was attention to detail and the final results are beautiful! One of the key reasons for going with J & J Design and Renovations was that it would be one company doing all the work required. During these difficult times of COVID, Raymond ensured all rules were followed and the team were respectful. The following list is what we had done in our home: - Fully finished basement – approx. 1500 sq. ft. - Fully renovated kitchen (relocated plumbing, installed gas line for gas stove, replaced cabinetry, countertop and backsplash, installed sink, faucet, stove and dishwasher) - Fully renovated master bathroom (new shower with floor and wall tiles, installation of shower fixtures, new vanity with countertop, sink and faucet, installation of new toilet) - Partly renovated second bathroom (new vanity, glass door over tub, installation of new shower fixtures and sink/faucet ) - Built a floor to ceiling built-in shelving unit (open display and closed cabinetry) - Some additional smaller jobs included, but are not limited to: replaced lighting, installed curtain rods, installed blinds, updated bathroom fans, etc. Raymond and his team were overall very knowledgeable and very accommodating with any additional tasks added to the list of things to do. Raymond was very easy to communicate with and always responded to inquiries in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend J & J Design and Renovations To do any work big or small.
