You won't find a more honest guy than Tim. Just had him come and inspect my crazy heavy wood door. Easy to schedule, gave me a heads-up when he was coming, inspected it, and then lubed it up for me as there was really nothing else wrong with the door. Would definitely use him if I had any door issues in the future. Thanks so much Tim!

I chose Securepol based on google reviews and homestars reviews. The google reviews gives it 17 reviews of 5 stars. That is no small feat. I now understand why! From the moment of contact, they scheduled a quick visit to my house to see what equipment could be reused. They called 1 hour before showing up to confirm that I would be home. The first assessment was excellent with Mike taking us through was was necessary. The installation happened the next day with incredibly short notice as we were leaving town. Mike did such a great job of showing us each piece that he installed. He also took us through the panel (so important as the manuals for the Vista 15p don't really describe it well) and took me through the Total Connect 2.0 web app and the online configurator. Truly above and beyond. I've only been with Securepol for 48 hours now but what I think sets it apart: 1) Equipment price is excellent compared to other very well reviewed competitors. 2) No contract! Amazing! 3) Security guard at no additional cost 4) Mike went above and beyond to make sure the system made sense to us. I hope to stay with Securepol for many many years.

Can't speak highly enough of Chris and his team. Gordon led our 2 person truck and he did a great job of taking extra time and care to make sure all of our furniture was moved carefully. He set each box down ever so softly and did a great job. Would use them again for sure! Also used Chris for his carpet cleaning services and he really pulled a lot of stains from our carpet. Did the job efficiently and thoughtfully!
