I found AA Elite Home Inspection Inc on the internet and decided to give them a call. My wife and I had just purchased a new house and needed an inspection. John Genereaux answered my call and he was straightforward and answered my questions so I booked the home inspection. On the day of the house inspection the agent told me John was already there when she showed up. He had gone into the basement once the agent had let him in the house. After talking with him he said had arrived early at the home and had already completed the outside inspection. He took us outside and showed us what he had found and then brought us inside and went through the entire house with us. He not only told us what was wrong with the house, he also pointed out things that had been done that were done well and correctly. He answered questions (but let us know when they were outside of his scope), and was very patient with us. We felt very he did an excellent and very thorough inspection. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an unbiased home inspection.
