As a general contractor for more than 20 years, I've seen my share of trades. I took a chance on Ram-B after the retirement of my previous stucco tradesman -- they performed well on the first house I had them do in early Spring 2022; pricing and quality was right where I expected it and promptly had them do our next project too. I was impressed by their crew, everyone knew their tasks and keenly went about them. Like clockwork, the house was waterproofed, styrofoamed, and stuccoed. No regrets, and will continue to use them.

As a contractor myself, I met the guys at water guard while they were working on a neighboring house to the one we were renovating. With a good referral from the neighbour, I brought them in to do work on our project. They've been my go-to for major plumbing work since. Now with tree roots in my own drain, I gave them a call, Mike showed up next morning for a camera inspection, walked me through my options, and right on schedule they completed the job. When they arrived to do the work, they showed up with a full crew, all the equipment to make the job efficient and painless. I left them to to they're thing, went to work, came home and they were just finishing up and cleaning up. I've referred them to many of my clients over the years, and sure enough just like the feedback I hear from my clients, they're a great group, they know their trade, honest at explaining the situation, honest at costing the job, and the kind of guys I feel comfortable leaving in my own home without feeling a need to stand over and watch their work.
