They have illegally charged my credit card for monthly service after my contract finished (even though I sold that house 3 years ago) They won't answer my phone or email messages to correct the issue. Followup - After receiving Sean's contact info, I was able to contact him directly and the company has since resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
