Excellent product - really pleased with it. Had if for 1.5 years and then my new puppy ran through it. He smashed it to pieces! I assumed I would have to pay full price for a new one - but no, Doug replaced all the broken parts for a fraction of the original cost. Great service - I highly recommend thus company
