My Experience with Park Homes has been fantastic. I have interacted with many of the staff found them all to be great people awesome help and all around accommodating. Any issues found on move in ( IE: touch up paint ) handled with no problems at all. I have owned my condo for 3 years in southern springs and was so delighted with Park Homes that I purchased another one for my daughter as her first home. She is all so extremely happy with the quality workmanship put into the building of the townhouse. I would recommend that anyone looking for the condo life style look to Park homes you'll get the best bang for your buck.
