We dealt with Royal Windows in 2002 In December 2010 we noticed a 4 foot crack in the upstairs window and contacted Royal owner. He came over, said it would be a few weeks. It is now the middle of June and the window has finally been installed. We met with endless promises and excuses and unreturned phone calls.
