I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from The Brick .I bought a York Dale Storage Bed of that Company. This item was delivered to me on 2/08/2017 for the first time. However, I discovered it damaged and scratched. As a result, I sent some pictures of those problems and rescheduled for a new one for 6 -08-2017 , but the new one was again damaged. This was second time that company shiped a damaged product to me. Unfortunately, it seems the product that they advertise and show in their store are not reliable, and they are not delivered them as same quality to customers. then I dicided to refund my order after over one week they sent my a pick up man and they want pick up just 3 pice of 5 pice it's so creazy My impression of The Break Company has been tarnished, and we are frustrated of this situation. Althought I trusted your company, it is not the way yout company values the customers.
