Wow! All of my shoes have a home! so does my jewelery. This crew was great, they even put up with my zany dog who just loved the attention. They were on time, polite, easy to work with and were able to provide great service with a wonderful product.

Bar none, the best contractors that I dealt with for the 13 month renovation project I did to my home. They were at my house daily at 7am, they were always friendly and very nice to deal with.

A few issues with the company but the owner was amazing to deal with. I had a rep come to my home and we arranged for someone to come to remove my furnace while I was doing a lowering of my basement; the rep never showed up and when I called the owner was concerned and rectified the situation as soon as he could. Every part of dealing with this company was great from there. I would recommend and deal with them again.

Based n the reviews here I contacted this company to mstall a new Lennox ac unit in my home. The service guy who came was wonderful to deal with and I thought that I had found a good company but I was wrong. A few days after my contract was signed my basement flooded badly. The plumber told me that I had to have the ac unit disconnected immediately so they could gain access to the small area where the ac unit was and the flood was happening. I called Cosmopolitan and explained the situation to them. They said they would have someone come out and disconnect my old unit. I waited. And waited. And waited. After a few days of waiting I called again and no one knew at all what I was talking about. They finally got someone to come out to my home and disconnect the old unit. Due to the repairs I needed done I had to delay the installing of my new ac unit by two weeks. I called and explained this to them and arranged for them to come on June 25. I had to rearrange a business trip around this so I called to reconfirm a few days before. Again, no one knew what I was talking about. After several phone calls I finally had someone tell me that I would have my unit installed and that someone would be here at 9:30am. At 10:25 someone finally knocked on my door. As soon as he saw how small the area was he said "this is going to be tough to do, the space is small, I will need more help". This should have been noted by either the sales person or the person who had disconnected the unit. During the installation one of the service guys banged a large brass sculpture of mine against the wall and damaged my wall. He looked at it and continued, not even acknowledging the damage. I was even in the room at the time. So, between the non stop administrative issues, lost appointments, damage to my property and such, I cannot in good faith recommend or endorse this company at all. I would also like to add that when this review was published the company put together a false law suit against me to have this review buried. It took almost a year to have this review re-published as I had to prove there was no such lawsuit against me. I would strongly recommend against using the services of this company.

I had called shortly after noticing that there were birds flying into and nesting in the siding of my house. Setting up the appointment was painless; they accomodated my timing and came two days later, right on time. They assessed the work, explained to me what was happening and the best solution to problem. They removed 4 nests from my siding and installed a wire mesh so the birds would no longer be able to access the area. The guys were polite, easy to work with and fast - they were done in no time flat. Easy company to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate using them again should I have another pest issue.

I had a nightmare situation on my hands; my basement walls were literally pouring water during a rain storm. I had called Mr. Rooter and within 40 minutes Phil was at my door, helping me at top speed to move the drain pipe out of the way and reduce the flooding. He walked me through the issues that were causing this to happen, answering all the questions I had. Over the next few days Phil was here, repairing the sewer that needed to be snaked, making sure that the area was excavated properly and that the drains all worked properly. I couldn't have imagined a better service, more polite and caring individual or better troubleshooters than Mr. Rooter and there team of professionals.

Todd is the sole person in his operation and has been roofing for about 15 years. He was recommended by a friend who had known him for many years and I was told that he was good at his job. Todd had done my roof with a few issues that need to be noted. First, when he was discarding the old roof material he had badly damaged my neighbours siding and told me "don't say anything, they will never know". Secondly, he was continually smoking marijuana while working, as a cancer patient I don't mind but I would prefer you not be a liability and work on my property while you are high. Third, when the job was almost completed, he had family issues and needed to leave, Todd said he would be coming back to finish the job which was for him to put a railing on the third floor deck. I still owed him $400 and said I would pay it when he completed the job. He left in late August 2011 and I didn't hear from him until March 2012 when he called and asked when he could get his remaining $400. I told him I would pay him when the job was completed and he began screaming at me saying that the job was done and I would have to pay him even more to install the railing. I tried to explain that he, as a contractor, needs to build decks to code and the job he had done was not up to code. He cursed over and over again at me, calling me names and insisting that he did the job and I owed him the money. I cannot recommend or endorse his work. Between the damage to my niehgbours house, the constant drug smoking, not finishing the job and immature behaviour of calling me a names because he didn't complete his work really masks any chance of me being able to give him any validity to his work.

Brent was an amazing person to work with, very forthcoming and honest with his inspection and didn't cut any corners. I was a little worried as all his reviews give him a 10 out of 10, I thought there is no way someone could be that good but he really does deserve the feedback! I found him to be professional, thorough, and unbiased. While I am not sure if I am going to purchase the home after finding the faults he had found, I know that the next inspection I get will be through him. Thanks Brent!
