I bought 600 worth of gift cards from Home Depot and they did not honour 100 worth of it because of a computer error. I was very disappointed with the staff and that they would not call the manager to assist. Customers should not be left in the cold when there is a computer error with their computer system

the quality of the lumber was very good. we were very pleased with the service that we received from all the staff. they were knowledgable and friendly. the prices were very good too. no problems with exchanging merchandise that we bought too much of.
