Popcorn ceiling removal and Pot light installation
They installed potlights with their electrician and removed the popcorn ceilings from my penthouse. I had asked 2 contractor's before them about my potlights and they refused on the spot simply because I had a penthouse, so i was thoroughly impressed by the service and care they took with helping achieve my vision. It's nice to see that some contractor's still take pride in their work.

I apologize for the late response. most contractors don't realize that not all condo units have concrete ceillings. I knew from past experience that as long as you don't have the buildings a.c units on top of your penthouse there is a high chance your ceillings are drywall or a double layer of drywall at times. I am very happy that the popcorn ceilling removal went great and even happier we did a quick check and opted to install some pot lights.
