I was geting worried about a pending rain storm knowing that my roof was leaking down the interior of the walls. Elvis came within a few minutes of my call and got right to the inspection. I was worried he would come down off the roof and tell me it will all need to be replaced but he only came down with good news. He immediately noticed that an animal had chewed a hole through a gasket around a pipe although this was not the leak that I was worried about. He did find problems with some flashing where the water was coming in. Elvis had all the materials (gasket, shingles and flashing) on hand to make both repairs and he completed the work very quickly just prior to the rain hitting. I haven't seen a drop of water coming into the house at all. On top of this he said my roof still has a few years of life left in it. He guarantees his work and I'm quite happy with his quick response and cost for the repairs. It's very rare to find this level of customer service these days.
