James was prompt and professional in his communication as well as being flexible with a few changes on my end. We booked a piano tuning/servicing for as early as possible and he arrived punctually, worked efficiently and clearly communicated what the problem was, what he would need to do and how we might manage our piano situation over the next few years. And friendly, too!

The electricians and staff at Tron - Young, Gildo, Simon, Lena and Mostezah (sp?) - were professional, friendly and hard-working. I went with Tron for installing a sub-panel, baseboard heaters and an outdoor light, because Young's initial visit made a good impression - he explained things clearly, took his time and went out of his way to do a safety check. Gildo (the owner) ended up doing the job, which required some complicated wiring and other issues that he and Simon were able to resolve. In spite of a long day's work, he stuck to the original quote and came back the next morning to take care of a follow-up detail. The office staff was prompt and pro-active about helping to set up scheduling, payment, inspection and checking in at various stages of the project.
