Marissa, site visit for quote, and the installers (George and partner) were friendly and efficient. Answered questions with regards to the product and provided options - when they gave timelines they were met and even exceeded. Never felt the staff were rushed - they gave the time needed to ask the questions so we could feel confident with the product choice - especially when investing in a higher end home improvement item. Final installed product looks great!
