Miro was great in pre-sale communication and planning. The quote was quick and painless. Miro and his crew came today (June 5/17) to install the eaves and gutter guards and was done in 3.5 hrs. There was no remnants or debris from the old gutters or cast off from the new gutters. I can't say how the gutters/leaf guards work as it hasn't rained yet but the job looks great! He made us a couple of downspouts to allow us to change for rainwater collection in the warm months and runoff in the winter. I didn't want to go the diverter route and he was more than accommodating. Miro was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his work.

If this company is still building homes DO NOT enter into any sort of contract with them. We had nothing but empty promises when we purchased our new home. Eventually TARION took care of our after sale issues, but only after a ton of headaches in dealing with the builder trying to get things done.
