Andy was amazing! We were buying a century home and wanted to make sure we weren't buying a money pit. He was so thorough and poked into EVERY nook and cranny. Even dug through insulation to look for guano and knob and tube. Even after getting paid he has answered our email questions or phone calls promptly. Highly recommend.
