We have been Reliance customers for the past five years. Service requests; information; and call-backs have improved with call center now local. Sales(Jayson Newton), installers and service people are first rate. Noticeable feature; Reliance staff NEVER patronize folks like us; unfamiliar with furnace upkeep; water heater temperature adjustments; economical A/C operation, and especially explaining billing changes etc.

We are fairly new residents of Hamilton. On Easter weekend, the dryer's tumbler stopped operating. Our neighbor gave us CANNON APPLIANCES's number, we called and Eric arrived within 3 hours; made the repair quickly & at very FAIR cost. Highly recommended D. & T. G.
