Levan was responsive and arrived on time for both the estimate and to do the work. His quote was reasonable, and he took some extra time to make sure the colour of the replacement material matched the existing flashing. Quality of the work looks excellent, payment was easy. Wouldn't hesitate to hire Levan again.

This is a long-overdue review, as I had Mancuso do my driveway a couple of years ago. I had spoken to a few paving companies but Veli said a few things that told me they were the right company to go with. For example, he explained a couple of options for the base, and how it would affect the cost and timing of the project. He also wouldn't give me a firm date for when the paving would actually happen, but a realistic best guess since his crew's schedule can be delayed by rain days. Veli called me once or twice a week after the base was prepared about the pavers schedule. With a bit of luck, a project in the area finished early a couple weeks later and Veli called to let me know a crew would be by the following afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the result - as I said this project was done a couple of years ago and the driveway still looks perfect.

I had gutted my basement down to the stone foundation and decided that the broken, uneven old floor had to go. I called a few companies I found on Homestars and got a few quotes based on the square footage, but Mohamed was the only one who actually came to my house to have a look. He advised me of my options and discussed the work his team would do, and his quote was right on par with the others. The clincher was that due to lucky timing on my part they were able to start the next day with a full crew. Mohamed and his team were on time the next morning (about 10 minutes after a courtesy call from the office that they were on their way), and made short work of the old floor. The basement isn`t big, about 450 sq feet, and they were ready to pour the floor by noon. Final finishing was done in the afternoon, and my new basement floor was done. I couldn`t be happier with the price and results. Mohamed`s communication throughout the project and the support of the office staff with scheduling and emailing invoices was excellent. I`m already planning to have City Concrete back again in the fall to put in a new driveway and front entrance.
