contacted LBP from a google search for furnace and ac replacement. I explained this work was being done through Peel Renovates program. Leroy was willing to work with me on this program which involves a little more work on his part with payment process and inspection. He came and did quote within a couple of days. He explained the product and extended warranty but did not push to sell the extras. Once I got the approval I called Leroy and the install was done in 3 days. His install crew was right on time as well as very polite and professional. After the job was complete they cleaned up so that you wouldn't know they were there except for the new equipment. When you call Leroy usually answers his phone unless he is busy in which case he returns your call right away. Any one looking for repairs or replacement I highly recommend you give LBP a call Thanks again
